Refund Policy



No Returns on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Baby Bump does not accept returns or exchanges. For food safety and hygiene reasons, all cookie sales are final. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To report an issue, please email us at info@babybumpsnacks.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged product and the shipping packaging

Once we evaluate the issue, we will notify you if a replacement or store credit is approved. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
 
Exchanges
 
Because our products are perishable, we do not offer exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please follow the "Damages and Issues" process above so we can send a replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

In specific cases where a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@babybumpsnacks.com.
